As a Patient Care Coordinator at Columbus Physical Therapy, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our clinic. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to our clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in warm and friendly manner
- Manage patient check-in
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls in a timely manner
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Collect and process payments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning
- Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations

Income Manager
Job description
As an Income Manager at Columbus Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue management to ensure the financial success of our clinic. You will work closely with our administrative and clinical teams to analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase income and streamline operations.
Responsibilities
Locate and notify insurance companies and customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visit to solicit payment. Receiving payment and posting amount to customer's account; preparing statements; verification of insurance benefits. Enter patient insurance and demographic information into the billing/collections system. Posting of charges to the account for billing and keeping records of collection and status of accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Background in accounting preferred
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
- Strong communication and intrapersonal skills
