I grew up in Wayne, NE, and attended Wayne High School. I went on to Wayne State College, where I earned a B.S. in Biology through the Rural Health Opportunities Program (RHOP) for Pre-Physical Therapy. In May 2024, I completed my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
My passion for physical therapy began early, as I saw firsthand the positive impact it had on my family members. My great-grandmother, who lived to be 109 and continued participating in local 5k walks well after turning 100, was a huge inspiration to me. She showed me how essential movement is for maintaining quality of life, a belief that has shaped my approach to physical therapy and my desire to help others through movement.
As a physical therapist at Columbus Physical Therapy, I am committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. I love helping patients manage their pain, achieve their goals, and receive the quality healthcare they deserve. By listening to their stories and understanding their unique needs, I aim to make a positive impact in their lives through movement.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and friends, watching sports and movies, traveling, and diving into creative projects.
